When the Ford Fiesta made its debut in 2011, the thing I found most disappointing -- come to think of it, the only thing I found disappointing -- was the fact that it's made in Mexico. Ford engineers told me they wanted to build the Fiesta stateside, but the economics just doesn't work out.
